I found that most of my clients had incorrect or insufficient ways of cleansing the skin. First, a short explanation of what is in acne pores. Acne starts as a collection of gummed-together dead cells incorporated into a matrix of waxy sebum. It produces a “microcomedo” – acne seed (“precursor lesions” of acne). If you have acne or acne-prone skin, your skin is full of them. So, your first, most important step is right cleansing skin. It is not enough cleansing with a cleanser, even if you have a really good one. Your must products are Cleansers and Exfoliants. Toner is additional, but also important for acne routine. You need to clean the skin surface and pores without damaging skin natural protective barrier (acid mantle).

1. PRECLEANSER

If you’re wearing makeup or have oily, shine skin, the best way to remove it is quality PRECLEANSER. It will remove skin oils and keep skin natural barrier. It works with a principle where good oils dissolve bad oils.

1. CLEANSING AND TONING
Wash your face, but don’t overdo it. Many cleansers geared toward acne contain harsh, irritating ingredients that make breakouts more inflamed and leave skin feeling dehydrated. The perfect acne cleanser should be strong enough to cleanse the skin but not destroy the skin barrier (called acid mantle). Acid mantle protects our skin from all external influences: bacteria, germs, pollution, and others. The cleanser also needs to keep your skin PH well balanced ( our skin PH is about 5.5). The key is to use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser that strikes the right balance between removing excess oil, makeup, and other pore-clogging debris without leaving skin stripped dry  Wash once in the morning and again at night.
We found that only cleanser with natural ingredients may have such properties. Our Lemon cleanser proved to be extremely successful for all kind of acne prone skin.

Toner will additionally clean skin deeper. It will also bring skin an additional protective layer and restore natural PH balance, Procitaj vise o vaznosti tonera u cleansing process.

Step 1:

Note: The first step in the prevention of your acne starts with choosing the right cleanser. I found that a lot of my clients use wrong cleansers.

2. EXFOLIATING

Cleaning pores and dead cells are the next required cleansing step for acne prone skin. Pores can be cleaned ONLY with exfoliants (peels), microdermabrasion (professional procedure) and acne masks.
Exfoliation is a key step in an acne routine. As part of the normal process of skin renewal, skin discards their redundant skin cells—called keratinocytes at a prodigious rate, more than a million each hour. But acne-prone follicles produce keratinocytes at a rate of about four times more than normal follicles. This creates a huge amount of cellular debris. Moreover, the excess cells, due to some chemical mechanism stick together, as if cemented, preventing them from leaving the follicle. It produces what is known as a “microcomedo” a collection of gummed-together cells incorporated into a matrix of waxy sebum.
You can’t easily see or feel a microcomedo, but if you have acne or acne-prone skin, your skin is full of them. Depending on other conditions microcomedo will evolve in acne or just flow in sebum and eventually be expelled. That is the reason why acne-prone skin needs much more than regular cleansing.
Exfoliate Regularly
We found that daily using gentle exfoliants are much more effective than using a strong chemical peel once in 2-4 weeks. Gently exfoliations few times in a week will prevent acne formation, renew cells, maximize penetration other products, fade scars and hyperpigmentation, remove dullness and produce smooth and bright healthy-looking skin.
How to have exfoliation a few days in a week with superb results without irritation?
Our gently peels followed by facial scrub are a great way to dissolve sebum, cemented dead cells and remove them from pores and skin surface.
